Synopsis:
Vancouver's weekly publication, The Province Unwind, covered a special Sunday article for Playland's Coaster's 50th birthday. The article offered patrons memories on board this classic ride, on-ride photos of past riders, as well as some information about the Coaster. Apparently, 20 million riders had ridden Coaster since this publication went to print. Some of whom are famous actors: Mel Gibson, Johnny Depp, Adam Sandler, Mark Wahlberg, Alyssa Milano, Kelly Osbourne to name a few. Lots of fun photos were also included especially a panorama view taken of the ride.

To read the entire article you can go to The Province - Happy 50th grand lady!
