Overview:
Prior to Wild Waves, the park opened in 1977 as Enchanted Village, a kiddy theme park. Then gradually more rides were added. Wild Waves was then built at Enchanted Village and opened around 1985. In 2002, the park debuted it's Northwest themed area with new rides: Lumberjack Falls, Timber Axe, Klondike Gold Rusher, The Gambler, Hang Glider, and the Dodge'Ms Bumper Cars. The park then introduced its first wooden coaster, Timberhawk, in 2003. A new family water ride is slated to open for the 2011 season.
